 Shop Policies

  • Every item offered through Monica Adams Art is based on my original artwork and photography.

    Items in my shop are produced and packaged in small batches in my studio. Selected large-format photography can be purchased through my Fine Art America gallery accessible through links in my shop header or in my large-format photography gallery on this site.

    Slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings and the handmade nature of many products. When you purchase through Monica Adams Art, you are supporting original artwork created through observation and craftsmanship.

  • Because my artwork is produced in small batches in my studio, so inventory is intentionally limited and may occasionally be temporarily unavailable..

    Selected large-format photography is available through my Fine Art America gallery, allowing a wider range of sizes and professional framing options.

    If you are interested in multiple copies, licensing, or a custom request, please contact me and I'll be happy to discuss options.

    • Studio orders are carefully packaged by Monica Adams Art using recycled materials if possible.

    • Studio orders typically ship within 3–5 business days and include tracking.

    • At this time, I ship only to U.S. addresses using major carriers.

    • Large-format photography orders fulfilled through Fine Art America are printed, shipped, and supported through Fine Art America in accordance with their fulfillment and customer service policies.

  • Studio Orders

    • Because most studio products are handmade or produced in small batches, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.

    • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within seven days with photographs of the item and packaging, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue.

    Fine Art America Orders

    • Large-format photography ordered through Fine Art America is subject to Fine Art America's customer service and replacement policies. If a print arrives damaged or defective, Fine Art America will work with you according to their policies.

  • Information submitted through Monica Adams Art is used only for order fulfillment, customer communication, and shipping.

    I do not sell or share customer information for marketing purposes.

    Orders placed through Fine Art America are subject to Fine Art America's privacy policy.
