A bought a box of figs at peak ripeness in the early fall, and went through them quickly. They were memorable not only for their fresh flavor, but also for their richly textured skins and an autumnal color range. I captured that in watercolor with my painting The Last Fig, which has been reproduced in this card set.
Each print is produced in my studio using archival inks on premium giclée paper, preserving the color and detail of the original watercolor painting.
